Do you accept returns?

We are currently a very small, independently-run business and do not have the ability to accept returns.

Repairs

Please get in touch with me if any part of your earrings or necklace breaks! I would love to fix them free of charge. I’m still establishing where I get materials from, and want to give you the best quality products i can.

Materials

I use all hypoallergenic stainless steel silver and gold hooks for all my earrings. Along with stainless steel silver on all my necklaces!

We’ll try our best to accommodate! Please note that certain promotions can’t be applied to orders placed before the promotion start date. Contact us here if you’ve encountered an issue.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email from shipping@atouchofjade.com with your order details and status link. Please be sure to check your junk / spam folders to ensure it didn’t go there.

HOW long does it take for my order to ship?

Depending on the order, we typically get your order out in 2-3 business days. With about a 3 day shipping time depending on the order. If you need your order faster please contact me.

Can i buy your products in person?

While A Touch of Jade is mainly an online store, we do often have pop-up locations at festivals and events in Southern California. Come stop by if you see us. I always have plugs handy!
